  Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and includes all original tags, silk marks, and packaging before the reverse pickup is scheduled.

  Pack the item securely in its original box to prevent damage during transit; our logistics partner will collect the parcel from your registered address.

  Refund Processing

  Once the item passes our internal quality audit, your refund or exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
